Bulent is the Founder of CyanGate. His expertise in digital asset management (DAM) and media asset management (MAM) dates back to 2000.
Bulent’s experience in Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Media Asset Management (MAM) dates back to 2000. He started his experience in DAM/MAM in 2000 as a member of the OpenText Digital Media Group (Artesia DAM) as a Technical Solutions Architect. In 2007, he founded CyanGate as a solution to provide cost effective service solutions for OpenText Media Management (OTMM) and SAP DAM.
In 2009, he added two additional services to CyanGate: S-Drive and WoodWing Assets (Elvis DAM). He included S-Drive for Salesforce.com to address the cloud storage needs for Salesforce.com end users. He added Elvis DAM to the CyanGate solutions portfolio as a cost effective DAM solution for departments and companies who needed a small to medium DAM solution. He became the first to bring Elvis DAM to Turkey and the United States.
With two decades of experience at Artesia, OpenText and CyanGate, he brings a plethora of experience in different DAM deployments and best practices. As a result, he was able to craft CyanGate’s solid methodology to DAM / MAM projects to address the needs of CyanGate’s customers. As a result, customers receive faster deployments, solid integrations, and customizations that fit the customers’ needs. Besides DAM and MAM, Bulent brings Salesforce.com services and Amazon Web Services to CyanGate customers such as S-Drive and customizations for Salesforce.com.

Guillermo Bournigal oversees CyanGate’s general operations which include Professional Services, Customer Support, Engineering, and internal operations.
With over 16 years of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Content Management (ECM) delivery experience, Guillermo has a proven track record delivering complex projects for domestic and international customers, and professional services sales and contracting. Prior to fully transitioning into the ECM industry, Guillermo spent 9+ years as a consultant in the telecommunications industry, focusing on billing, and telecom’s early digital content solutions.
Guillermo’s main goal at CyanGate is to continue to improve our processes and services to maximize value for our customers, either through our services or innovative product line up.
Sales Manager
James heads the sales, marketing, partner program and account management at CyanGate. James leverages his analyst training, competitive intelligence in the DAM market and prior help desk experience to understand customer requirements and wants to determine the best solution for their long term success. He provides DAM Discovery consulting services for companies searching for DAM solutions including writing DAM RFPs and project management. He is the primary contact for partnership inquiries.

Engineering Manager
Umut is the Engineering Manager at CyanGate’s development office in Ankara, Turkey. Umut is responsible for leading the development team and all technical aspects on projects. These tasks include analysis, development, customizations and configuration of the OpenText Media Management (OTMM) and WoodWing Assets (Elvis DAM). Umut has worked on OTMM and its predecessor, Artesia DAM, since 2007.
Besides digital asset management, Umut specializes in software development such as S-Drive, Amazon Web Services and Zoomify. Prior to CyanGate, he served as a software developer and engineer on BOTAS ERP project and several other projects.

Marketing Manager
Burcak (Aydin) Tekin graduated from Mälardalen University in Sweden with a master’s degree in International Marketing in 2010 and from Bilkent University, Banking and Finance Department in 2005 with high honor degree. Moreover, she got a certificate of expertise in Digital and Social Media Marketing Management Certificate Program from Istanbul Technical University.
She has had knowledge of marketing, sales, consulting, and finance in the information technology industry for many years. She has international professional experience in Oracle and Deloitte.
She handled all areas of marketing, such as content and digital marketing including SEO/SEM, marketing communications, social media, display advertising campaigns, and lead generation. She also knows sales campaigns, outbound/inbound customer engagement, and PR activities.
Regarding her skills, she speaks Turkish, English, and French and is advanced level in MS Office Programs.
She is adaptable to cultural differences because of having an opportunity to communicate with different cultures through educational and professional experiences.
Technical Team Lead
Mert is the Technical Team Lead at CyanGate’s development office in Ankara, Turkey. Mert is responsible for leading the development team and all technical aspects of projects. These tasks include analysis, development, customizations, and configuration of the OpenText Media Management (OTMM), 4ALLPortal, and WoodWing Assets (Elvis DAM). Mert has worked on OTMM since 2017.
Mert finished his master’s degree in TOBB ETU Computer Engineering Master’s Programs. Prior to working at CyanGate, he was responsible for the J2EE project of TOKI, he worked on connecting two major banks (Ziraat, Halk) of Turkey with TOKI via SOAP-based Web services. Strong Experience in Seam, Hibernate, EJB, XML, JMS, JSP, Servlets, Core Java, JDBC, JNDI, and UNIX Extensive work experience in using various XML standards. He has an extensive experience in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design. As responsible for EMC Documentum Content Management Software; he has developed several java-based client & server applications and created web services for the integration of enterprise software.

Alperen has been in IT since 2001. Alperen specializes in OpenText Media Management Integrations, WoodWing Assets (Elvis DAM), OpenText AppWorks, needs analysis, HTML5, web services and e-commerce solutions. He applies his UI/UX design and OpenText skills to design portals for CyanGate customers. In 2015, he developed the integration between OTMM and FADEL ARC. Outside of CyanGate, he is the founder and developer for Inomage and Argeparkweb developing web sites and web applications. He was a contributor to .NET Starter & .NET Intermediate Training Books providing hundreds of questions and answers for Microsoft exams 70-305 and 70-306.

Mert Can is the Senior Consultant at CyanGate’s development office in Ankara, Turkey. He is responsible for upgrade/installation of OTMM and its components, running system tests, and providing high quality product experience to the customers. He has high knowledge on the integration of DAM product with many PIM and E-Commerce systems such as SAP Commerce Cloud, S4/HANA, Salsify, etc. He works as an operations and support engineer in the fields of installation, upgrade, configuration, testing, and documentation for OpenText Media Management (OTMM). He has also high knowledge on customizing OpenText Media Management (OTMM) for various customer needs. He has been working on OTMM since 2018.
Mert Can continues his master’s degree in Ankara University Computer Engineering where his main interest of fields are data analysis, data mining, and data visualization.
